If your office
equipment unexpectedly malfunctions, we guarantee
that we will respond to your problems within 24
hours. If you can be as specific as possible when
describing the problem, we'll be more able to
pin point the error and bring the necessary parts
to your location. You have two options when this
happens. Our service technician can fix the problem
at your location, or you can bring the printer
to our location. We defer to your preference.
Each service call has a flat rate charge (does
not include parts) and includes the following:
a 24 hour response time, inspection, diagnostic
report, estimate, and free pick-up and delivery
of your equpment should it require in shop service.
